Preparation / Directions:In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk and set aside. In a second bowl, mix flour, black pepper and garlic. Coat steak with flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll in FRITOS® brand Corn Chips to coat (press crumbs in well to adhere). Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Place in 350ø oven for 15 minutes while preparing rest of meal.
